Um, the way the question was asked I thought you were trying to steal it from somwhere like Limewire (from download.com) but that would be moraly wrong
If you got Microsoft office pre installed on your pc when you bought it , you have to go to the manufacturer but i think they provide you with the software CD itself , if not and you have the office 2003 CD and your key is not working then you can call Microsoft . And if your using a pirated version of office then forget about it ... and dint make the mistake of calling Microsoft
It is on the back cover or on the CD itself. But that is obvious. Sounds like you have a pirated copy.
