Can I install microsoft office 2007 onto a pc using windows XP?

I have got Microsoft Office 2007 on my laptop which runs with Windows Vista.

Our home PC is windows XP which we have office 2003 on.

Will Office 2007 work on the XP system or does it have to be Vista?

I have 2007 on several computer that are still XP and they work equally as well as on my Vista computer but then I have lots of RAM on all computers.
it will work fine but not the same copy as your laptop you will need a different licence one per machine
