Are you just wanting to make a picture using powerpoint? If so you can create the image that you want and just save as a jpg or gif. If you want a background for powerpoint, you can creat it as you would like to see it using power point and as previously stated, save it as a jpg or gif and then when you make your power point slides, change background to your new image.
