Does anyone know what's going on with the Office 07 SP1 update not installing? I keep getting error code 78F every time I attempt to install it. I've tried repeatedly since last week to get it to install and it fails every time. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Any insight is appreciated.

do you have windows XP SP2 or later or windows vista basic at least???
Office 07 needs XP SP2 (service pack 2) or higher to run
